There’s a lot of science in baking – but even more love if you do it right. That’s why our bread starts with a talented team of real bakers committed to an Old-World European baking philosophy. It’s a philosophy that honors the tradition of kneading and shaping the dough by hand, because handmade is just better.
Our bakers know that the best bread starts with the purest ingredients. So we bake our bread in-house daily using Certified Organic flour, filtered water and sea salt. We use organic flour so you can feel confident that you are ingesting pure ingredients, free of fertilizers and pesticides. Our flour is also unbleached and unbromated, so it ages naturally over time which highlights the flavor profiles in the grain and tastes better. We combine a simple list of ingredients with time and talented bakers because that’s what it takes to make wholesome and delicious Artisan bread.

We could all use some sweetness in our lives. Afterall, a sweet tooth is simply nature’s way of telling us to take a moment to relax and indulge. So why not do it in a healthy way? Our bakery treats are a great place to start!
All of our cookies, muffins and cakes that are baked fresh in-house use non-GMO ingredients and cage-free eggs. And we never use artificial colors, sweeteners, preservatives or hydrogenated oils. It’s one more commitment to our Quality Standards and one less label for you to worry about (that goes for everything in our store). So here’s permission to embrace your sweet tooth with a little healthy indulgence!

If we had our way, we’d bake all day. But since we can’t bake everything we have amazing vendor partners who provide a broad selection of specialty baked goods. From organic and non-GMO to gluten-free, we have a bread, bun or wrap to fit your dietary needs.
